DB Results has signed a two-year managed services agreement for the provision of support and professional services for Club Marine, Australia’s largest provider of pleasure craft insurance.
As a leader in their field, Club Marine has leveraged their intimate knowledge of the boating industry to develop insurance products that cater to the specific and unique needs of their customer base. Club Marine’s specialised insurance solution, driven by sophisticated self-underwriting business rules, is critical to their day-to-day operations.
Head of DB Results’ Managed Services division, Mick Campisi, said, “DB Results is excited to be working with Club Marine to provide specialist technical support for their core back-end proprietary insurance system as well as professional services.”
“This partnership provides Club Marine with a single point of responsibility for infrastructure and application support services, which includes their online self-service with ecommerce capability and integration into many other insurance platforms and business systems. It also provides access to our team of technical specialists to provide a wide range of skills including system engineers, RPG, Java and IBM middleware specialists,” he added.
Since establishment in February this year, DB Results’ Managed Services division has secured a number of new contracts and supports critical business systems across a broad range of industries and customers.
