DB Results has successfully hosted its second Digital Insights Symposium in both Melbourne and Sydney.

DB Results has successfully hosted its second Digital Insights symposium in both Melbourne on March 1st and in Sydney on March 2nd. The symposium provided a profound learning experience about “Digital Driven Behaviour Change”, which is the key that unlocks and enables the massive benefits of the Digital Age.

The event provided a behaviour change journey. It started with Phil Hartley, our Marketing Executive, describing his own digital change experience, and was followed by the highly regarded Liam Smith (BehaviourWorks), who described the learnings and tools used to assist organisations to understand and enable behaviour change. The symposium was rounded off with a powerful demonstration from Katherine Santos, one of our Product Specialists, on the application of behaviour change theory in the design of the DB Results product SelfServePortal.

We run this series to bring business leaders together to discuss the digital events evolving around us. As a group we seek to better understand the oncoming challenges and share strategies to meet them. The post-session interest in this topic is very high.

DB Results believes we have a responsibility to the generations following us to think on how we structure and guide the oncoming societal change. This Digital Insights series is part of that responsibility in action.

The next symposium is scheduled for August 2017. The topics in the running are blockchain, digital security and privacy, and the agile organisation. We will keep you posted.
