2024 was a big year for DB Results as we celebrated our 20th anniversary, making a difference for our customers and the community since August 2004. The future is bright as we moved into our new office in Melbourne and opened an office in Brisbane. What does 2025 and beyond hold? Innovation is where it starts, leveraging technology to deliver greater business and community benefits!
When we reflect on 2024 and 20 years of successfully delivering for our customers, the fundamentals still endure. This has been proven in 2024 as we have delivered across multiple countries, industries and a diverse range of digital transformation programs, projects and applications.
Innovation and incorporating the best of new technology, particularly AI, in what we do, enables us to deliver more efficient implementations and exciting new products, starting with our Claims Experience Manager and Policy Administration System for Insurance, Customer SelfServe™ Portal for Utilities and applications for Health. 2025 will be an exciting year as our customers continue to reap the benefits of the technology advancements that we incorporate into delivering outcomes for our customers.
Last year, DB Results was the first B Corp IT consulting company in Australia. B Corp certification required a rigorous assessment of our company’s social and environmental impact, governance and transparency as a business. This is reflected in our ongoing philanthropic efforts this year and purpose “to enrich the lives of others in the areas of Health, Environment, Lifestyle & Poverty”. Our growth and purpose were exemplified in Queensland through the opening of our Brisbane office and our support for the Indigenous community with the establishment of the First Nations Digital Service Centre, in partnership with Queensland Government.

In October, the Lord Mayor of Melbourne, Nicholas Reece, officially opened a new state of the art office for DB Results, in the heart of Melbourne’s business district. The mayor commented:
“The best digital consulting organisation in this country, your digital innovation is without peer, but you’re also a very values driven organisation as well. I want to crown DB Results the Best and Fairest Digital Consulting Firm in this Country.”
Victorian Chamber Chief Executive Paul Guerra delivered a keynote address at the opening and praised the Committee member for its contribution to Melbourne’s business landscape as a key player in driving digital transformation and sustainability.
“Amid the doom and gloom there are still good stories to be told in Melbourne that locate themselves in the CBD. DB Results has reinvested in the Melbourne location, and I think that is something to celebrate.” said Paul.
On the back of a continued year of growth, we offer a huge thanks to all our customers, partners, friends, supporters, and our people for your continued support this year and over the last 20 years; DB Results wouldn’t be here without you!
