It has been a great year for us, delivering with and on behalf of our customers.
When I reflect back on what has been achieved at DB Results in 2015, it has been a great year for us, delivering with and on behalf of our customers. Moving into our second decade of business, we continued to grow our global and local presence with office openings in the UK and Canberra; partnered with leading companies to ensure our solutions offer a compelling and alternative value proposition; and delivered the results that we promised.
We officially launched DB Digital at breakfasts in Melbourne and Sydney, which was a great opportunity for customers and prospects from a broad range of industries including utilities, banking and insurance and retail, to see live demonstrations on how DB Digital is helping organisations transform their digital channels and digitise business functions. DB Digital is our custom designed accelerated service delivery model, powered by OutSystems. This has been a growth platform for us this year, and we will continue to enhance our solutions for exciting opportunities in 2016.
This year, while we have entered new markets, we have stayed true to our roots and delivered a number of projects from strategy to reality for our utilities customers. We formed a strategic partnership with Bit Stew Systems, the creator of the market-leading platform for Software Defined Operations for the Industrial Internet. Together we partner to improve operations in the fields of smart metering and smart grid operations, unlocking the benefits of existing systems to provide insights on AMI meter and network faults and optimisation, communications infrastructure roll-out effectiveness, connected devices and predictive asset maintenance.
There is no doubt that our team is one of our greatest strengths, along with our culture. We talk a lot about how we can make a difference and help our customers transform and deliver results of which they are proud of. As a business, we understand how important it is to ensure we also change and adapt to new market conditions and offer solutions and services our customers need and want.
Whether it is AMI smart meters or billing for utilities, BI for banking, DB Digital across a number of industries such as financial services and government, or Organisational Change Management for telco and professional services, DB Results is looking forward to another year of growth and success.
