At DB Results, we hire graduates to mould our future leaders.
As a graduate with DB Results, you will have the foundation and training to grow your skills in a short period of time, surrounded by our experienced professionals who will lead and coach you onto your first billable assignment as an Associate Consultant.
Your journey with DB Results will begin with 'Grad Week', which is an intensive training and team building couple of weeks, designed to equip you with the knowledge you need to orient yourself as a new member of the team.
We have an 'Adventure Day' which is a big hike through Olinda, followed by a High Ropes course. This is a fun way to build rapport with each other and challenge you as you work together as a team.
You will be assigned a buddy to help you to smoothly transition into life at DB Results. Your Team Lead will help you learn the ropes and set goals, planning your ongoing career development. You will soon be exposed to a wide range of clients, working closely with members of the DB team to ensure you are on track and building your technical, leadership and communication skills.
We are looking for graduates with some key characteristics. If you are enthusiastic, a quick learner and able to integrate and apply your theoretical knowledge and skills in a practical environment, then this is the opportunity for you.
Interviews will be conducted in October and November, and intake will begin in February 2020.
