In using MiOK, you agree to not use this app for any purpose prohibited by these Terms of Use. In particular, you agree not to:
• Use MiOK to harass, defame, racially abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise offend any person;
• Publish or distribute any content or material which is unlawful, obscene, defamatory or misleading;
• Share any material from MiOK that you do not have a right to make available or which contains viruses or other harmful files designed to interrupt the functionality of other computer software or any other improper purposes;
• Share personal information about another person without their consent (if you do share personal information about another person, please inform them of our Privacy Collection Notice and Privacy Policy which sets out how personal information is handled);
• Breach any laws or regulations which are applicable to your use of MiOK in your jurisdiction;
• If you have a complaint about any of the content that may be published on MiOK, you should contact DB Results.

Use of MiOK is at your sole risk. DB Results expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law any warranties in relation to this application or the material. You acknowledge that all materials, information, products, software, programs and services are provided “as is” with no warranties of any kind whether express, implied or statutory. To the extent permitted by law, DB Results makes no guarantees or representations whatsoever, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of proprietary and intellectual property rights.
