A leading Australian life insurer

One of Australia’s leading life insurers underwent a significant business transformation, when it decoupled from one of Australia’s leading financial institutions. However, the business transition hit significant roadblocks and after two years, and significant expenditure, we were contacted to review, reshape and rescue the program.

We developed the plan and budget to separate the business in six weeks, and managed its delivery through to completion, on time and on budget.

This successful delivery of one of the largest FSI transformation programs in the southern hemisphere migrated a total of seven policy administration systems into a single PAS.

A cloud migration program was designed, which involves the migration of 120 systems to MS Azure by 2024.
