Graduate Program

Promoting tomorrow's leaders

The DB Graduate Intake - Your journey starts here

At DB Results, we hire graduates to shape our future leaders. We build confidence in our graduates to achieve their goals, by promoting early responsibility and training to grow.

From the get-go, graduates are exposed to a wide range of clients, to develop their networks and collaborate with our senior consultants. They are part of UX teams, Agile teams, large transformation programs and more! They will begin to build their technical, leadership and communication skills and take on project delivery responsibilities. Graduates with DB Results hit the ground running, adding value to our clients and shape their career as a professional.

From attending valuable informative presentations to participating in fun adventure activities, it didn't take me much time to consider myself a part of the DB Results family.

What else is on offer for our star Graduates:

- Induction and orientation week - to meet key business leaders and learn the fundamentals of what we do

- Graduate Outdoor Adventure Day - join us on a group hike as we trek through Olinda and surrounds, enjoy a team lunch and finish the day with ziplining fun at the high ropes course

- Mentoring and buddy program to help get you settled in your new working environment

- DB Academy - Structured learning program to ensure you are continuously developing and ready for your first consulting assignment

Grad Week was an experience that I will never forget. ... it will be exciting to see what is in store for us as we continue our careers with DB Results.
