2016 has been an exciting year, where we have become further immersed in the Digital Age, as we've seen the Internet Of Things continue to expand, exponential growth and convergence of AI, Robotics, and Digital devices impact our world! DB Results sees a need for leadership and has placed itself front and centre in this Digital wave of change. As Digital Business specialists our purpose is to work with our customers and partners to lead change that will enhance and enrich people's lives by:
- Providing greater lifestyle experiences and choices
- Improving personal health and well-being
- Creating a sustainable environment
- Reducing the number of people living in poverty
This has driven us forward in 2016 through the execution of our business plan.
Our consulting arm has gone from strength to strength both in Australia and Asia. We have taken a strong leadership position in the delivery of whole of business strategies for the Power of Choice Regulatory change that is changing the utility landscape. Whilst delivering a range of innovative and hugely beneficial digital change, from projects to drive safety in OH&S across the country to a new way of digital customer interaction. Over the year we have welcomed new customers to our community and continued to drive positive outcomes with our valued customer base across Utilities, Banking, Insurance, Superannuation, Telco, Airlines, Retail, and Government with some of the largest companies in APAC.
Excitingly, on the 1st October, we released our new Customer self-service portal called SelfServe for Utilities. This innovative new product has been very warmly received by our customers and the marketplace, leading to the development of our SelfServe for Tax product. We expanded our global foot print to further spread the product's benefits, establishing a product distribution arm in the USA. While also leveraging our new offshore development capability in the Philippines.
Our successful Digital Insights series was launched to assist business leaders gain a deeper understanding of the Digital Age and how organisations are responding around the globe. The next in the series focussing on Driving Customer Behaviour change through Digital, is coming in March.
